Printable Mindset Worksheet: April 2020

  Hello, friends-

This month I've included something extra with my Freebie April Calendars ... A Mindset Worksheet. Mine is printed and taped to the wall next to my computer monitor. I am reminded every day of how I want to live intentionally and the small steps I can take to reach my goals. It helps to keep me accountable.

Becoming a creative entrepreneur has encouraged me to set goals for myself. In doing so, I've also looked at other areas in my life that I wanted to cultivate like my relationships and health. Here are my mindset and intentions for April.

The last few weeks of the "stay home. stay safe." lifestyle has caused a lot of disarray in our house. My boys feel like it's summer break and I have to be diligent about monitoring screen time and breaking up fights while also working from home. Virtual learning started this week. It was a rough start, but it's nice to be on a constructive schedule and to have learning resources at their current level.  My Mindset is to be a Lighthouse. I want to be a source of positivity and help guide my family through this unprecedented time.

My Top 3 Priorities are Family, Health, and my Biz.

Family: I feel torn all day long. When I'm working I feel like I should be interacting with the kids, and when I'm with the kids I'm worried about missing a work email. This month, I'm going to work on being present and patient. My clients know that my kids are home and that I may be slow to respond. I need to be ok with that and be present with my kids. And on the flip side, I need to lock my office door and let my hubby take the lead with the kids. He's more than capable, and honestly probably more fun than I am.

Health: I had recently joined an early morning workout class and LOVED IT! I was feeling stronger and better than I had in months. Then everything was locked down... None of the at-home workouts are resonating with me. I might try jogging again... I don't know. But I need to figure out something...

Biz: This one I'm super excited about! I've been procrastinating on my business Pinterest page. I actually hired a Pinterest strategist to set up my account (check her out: Elizabeth Gladney ). My goal for this month is to post my products/blog posts, as well as other links that I think YOU will enjoy. Please follow my page and any boards that you resonate with you.

So, what about you? What do you want April to look like for you? What small steps can you take to live your best life? I would love to hear from you. Please don't hesitate to email me at: beth@bastudiodesign.com or comment below.
